Committees and working groups may require support from the FIX Technical support staff to execute documentation such as a gap analysis or recommended practice. Approval by the GSC Initiative Prioritization working group is required to ensure appropriate allocation of time and money as well as budgetary considerations.

Group leaders are required to complete this form and submit it to the Program Office, as soon as possible, when technical support is required.
