Responsible for all aspects of LIFFE’s regulatory arrangements, including relationships with the SIB/FSA and other regulators ( particularly SEC and CFTC) and lobbying/liaison efforts in relation to new legislation in the UK and elsewhere.

Worked variously in the Economic Intelligence, International and Financial Markets and Institutions Divisions and was seconded, from 1986-88, to act as the chief economic advisor to the Government of Bermuda.
